In 2023, RENU Labs entered a joint venture with Mesh++ Uganda to establish RENUMESH Technologies. This venture focuses on local manufacturing and distribution of solar-powered Internet routers, delivering sustainable, reliable connectivity solutions for education, research, and underserved communities.

In 2025, RENU Labs partnered with RENU to establish RENU Financial Services, a specialised unit providing secure, reliable, and modern digital payment services tailored for universities, research institutions, and education ecosystems across Uganda.
